Q. Will I get offers in the mail?
A. Yes. You will receive emails and direct mailings featuring special offers periodically throughout the year. But if you do not want to receive these offers, there is a "opt out" box you can check on our WineISIT website.
Q. How long does it take to get my Buyer Plus Card?
A. On your next visit you can get your Buyer Plus Card on the spot if you complete the short application form and return it to our staff. A friendly clerk will issue you a Buyer Plus Card that can be used right away! Or fill out our on-line application now!
Q. How do I use the Buyer Plus Card?
A. Have your Buyer Plus Card or Key Tag handy for the cashier to scan at the beginning of every purchase. Simply hand the Card to the cashier at the beginning of the checkout process.
Q. Can anyone in my family use my Buyer Plus Card?
A. You will automatically get one card and two key tags. So, three members of the household can use them. If you provided your telephone number or driver's license number on your application, any additional member can just key in one of those numbers at the checkout.
Q. What happens if I forget my Buyer Plus Card?
A. If you put your phone number or driver's license on the application, we can key in one of those numbers at the checkout. If you did not provide your phone number or driver's license on your application and would like to add them to your record, just ask a cashier for assistance.
Q. How do I change my address, phone number or update email information?
A. Just revisit the store and fill out the change of information form. Or you can send an email to: info@centennialwines.com - include your Buyer Plus Card number and the information you wish to update.
Q. What if my Card is lost or stolen?
A. Please call our General Office and we will mail you a new Buyer Plus Card and Key Tags. Your information will be updated and your previous records will be transferred to your new card. |
