| | Susanna Griffith | Susanna earned a degree in Nutrition/Home Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and later attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, graduating with honors.
In addition to her formal education, Ms. Griffith served as President of the Epicures of Wine Club, and was involved in other professional groups where she received numerous honors and awards. Ms. Griffith worked in a four star Saugerties, New York restaurant as pastry chef and bon vivant at large, playing an integral role in selecting wines for the menu and specialty dinners.
In 1999, Susanna became a wine consultant for Centennial. She is a member of the Dallas Women’s Wine Group, a professional organization, and has received the certificate of training from the Court of Master Sommeliers. At Centennial, Susanna enjoys helping customer’s pair wine and food, introducing them to different wine styles and varietals. |
