Not only does he have five years experience in the wine trade, including Morton's Steakhouse, he has also traveled extensively throughout both Europe and the United States. Traveling Italy, France, and Napa Valley, he tasted for and sought out the most compelling wines. In August of 2007, he plans to complete the first phase of the Master Sommelier's exam.
