| Starting while he was still in college, Jimmy successfully began his career as a bar tender and was promoted to bar manager for a catering company. Having expanded his experience of memorable food and wine pairings, he relocated to California and decided to take full advantage of his proximity to the numerous wineries. There, he spent eight years furthering his knowledge of the diversity and intricacy of various wines. These beginnings were the foundation of his becoming a wine consultant and pursuing this career for the past six years. His strong retail management background adds to his proficiency in accommodating to the needs of his clientele, fulfilling their wishes, and choosing the appropriate selection for each individual client. |
