| John, a transplanted Texan from Saigon, Vietnam and New Orleans, joined Centennial in 2000. John has four years of experience in the wine trade including retail and restaurants. John has already passed the first of three exams from the Court of Master Sommeliers and plans to continue to advance his wine education.
