| Rick worked in hotel bars and restaurants in the Dallas area for several years. He was hired as a manager for Centennial five years ago, but quickly moved to the position of wine consultant. Rick enjoys working with customers in their quest for food and wine pairings for their special occasions. Rick has completed the certificate level of the Master Sommelier’s exam and offers customers at the Highland Park Village store his experience and in-depth wine knowledge |
