After 23 years of working with various large corporations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex area, Zan decided that she needed to slow down and enjoy her life. Realizing wine has forever been one of her main interests; Zan chose to join a wine club and to begin tasting new wines. For several years, Zan participated in the club, which kept her exited about wine with the prospect of being able to taste new and original wines every week. After attending and completing several wine courses, she made the leap of signing on with Centennial Fine Wine and Spirits. Zan’s favorite part of being a wine consultant is helping customers discover the fantastic world of wine.
Zan finally found something that she truly enjoys and has fun doing and she feels fortunate to be part of the winemaking tradition.
